Thank you for signing up to be a General Volunteer to help during The Princess Project San Francisco's Spring Prom Dress Giveaways! Volunteer duties will be assigned day of the event. Volunteers are welcome to sign up for as many dates as they’d like! We truly appreciate your support!

Dress Giveaway Dates: March 7th, 15th, 21st, 29th & April 4th, 12th, 18th, 26th, May 3rd

Dress Boutique Pack-Up Dates: May 9th & 16th

What to Wear: Please wear closed toed shoes and dress in comfortable clothing!

Who Can Volunteer? Volunteers ages 18 and older are welcome to serve in all roles during our Prom Dress Giveaways. Our minimum volunteer age is 14; volunteers ages 14–17 who sign up for Dress Giveaway Days will assist with sorting dresses and organizing accessories in our back-of-house area, and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered to volunteer for the same shift. The parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the required waiver on behalf of their minor prior to volunteering.

Bringing a Group? Each person in your group must sign up individually so we can verify waiver completion. Kindly avoid entering duplicate names for the same volunteer date and time. Thank you!

Location: We are located at 455 Market Street Suite 220 in San Francisco. Once you enter the building, let Security know you are volunteering with The Princess Project and they will guide you to our Dress Boutique Space!

Parking: Paid street parking, as well as paid parking lots are available in the surrounding area. We also encourage taking public transportation!

Please bring a refillable water bottle with you, a light lunch will provided to volunteers.

Have a Special Skill or Additional Questions?

If you have a special skill, such as photography, social media, marketing, or sewing/minor alterations, we’d love to know!

If you have formal/prom dresses to donate, you may bring them with you during your volunteer shift when the boutique is open!
