PLEASE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY (VOLUNTEERS) CAREFULLY! THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS!
Thank you for volunteering with The Princess Project San Diego! Each volunteer is required to complete an individual liability waiver before participating in any activities.

Please note: Some volunteer roles have age requirements (such as 18+). All volunteers must be at least 14 years old to volunteer with us. Thank you for helping us honor this policy!

If the volunteer is a minor between ages 14–17, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign this waiver on their behalf.
